It all started with a weekly ritual of watching This Old House on public television. In those thirty-minute moments each week, as a child and adult, Cam has fostered an appreciation for the many components – acquisition, design, trade skills, and more -- that contribute to good living at home.
Permanently moving to North Carolina in 1996, Cam has been living in the Raleigh area for over two decades. While starting out in a new apartment complex, he’s slowly worked his way around the area toward owning That Old House: from a townhome in downtown Cary, a 1980’s cedar in north Raleigh, a sixties brick ranch near NC State, and now a Depression-era Cape in Five Points.
Through these experiences, Cam has learned a lot about the neighborhoods of Raleigh. And, these days, he brings his knowledge to others as a real estate broker and investor. Cam finds great pleasure in sharing his journey as clients buy and sell homes, anything from new construction to, perhaps, Their Old House.
Cam is affiliated with United Real Estate Triangle and its midtown office. He is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (license no. 337686) and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Triangle MLS (no. 108779). Cam, also, graduated with honors from Elon University (BS Business) and North Carolina State University (MBA).

I bought my first investment property with my life savings of 14k when I was about 23 years old. It became the school of hard knocks and I literally taught myself how to renovate on the job, but I was hooked. There were no webinars or gurus, just lots of trial and error. Over the years I have lost count of the houses I have bought, renovated, and sold, but each one has taught me unique lessons. Lessons I hope to pass along to my clients.
I strive to bring you this unique perspective as your agent, one that looks at a home both as a place that brings years of joy to your family, but also as a sound investment that will yield a solid return.
Living and investing in the Raleigh/Durham area for 25 years, I can help guide you every step of the way.
Whether you are a first time homebuyer, or a seasoned investor wanting a realtor who knows how to identify a good deal, I would love to help!
