Cam Tims
Agent
It all started with a weekly ritual of watching This Old House on public television. In those thirty-minute moments each week, as a child and adult, Cam has fostered an appreciation for the many components – acquisition, design, trade skills, and more -- that contribute to good living at home.
Permanently moving to North Carolina in 1996, Cam has been living in the Raleigh area for over two decades. While starting out in a new apartment complex, he’s slowly worked his way around the area toward owning That Old House: from a townhome in downtown Cary, a 1980’s cedar in north Raleigh, a sixties brick ranch near NC State, and now a Depression-era Cape in Five Points.
Through these experiences, Cam has learned a lot about the neighborhoods of Raleigh. And, these days, he brings his knowledge to others as a real estate broker and investor. Cam finds great pleasure in sharing his journey as clients buy and sell homes, anything from new construction to, perhaps, Their Old House.
Cam is affiliated with United Real Estate Triangle and its midtown office. He is licensed by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (license no. 337686) and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Triangle MLS (no. 108779). Cam, also, graduated with honors from Elon University (BS Business) and North Carolina State University (MBA).
